There are two things that almost always end up being the root cause of feeling stuck, stressed, or unclear. These two things hold back your momentum, clarity, and progress. They are:
Untaken decisions
Undone actions
Whenever you feel stuck or experience underlying stress, ask yourself: what decisions are blocking flow or progress? And what are a couple of actions you can take right now to move forward?
Identifying them—and then acting on them—will help you regain momentum.
If there is uncertainty about what these are, or if you are operating in the unknown, then the third option is to build and run a clearly defined experiment. This involves taking actions that generate the clarity needed to move forward.
